This system is desiged for individuals who need to create scripts to produce stored procedures, SQL tables, inserts and quereies using asp.

Anyone can use this script by simply directing your own ready made form to "http://portfolio.hdalvey.com/hdforms/collecting/submitted" with a value entered into every field.

I use the ASP "Insert" code produced by this script in my day to day work so it does reference a couple of functions that I am unable to share but you should still find it a useful starting point.
